Arc Flash Hazard Safety

The results of an arc flash are often violent and when a human is in close proximity to the arc flash, serious injury and even death can occur. Knowing where your business faces arc flash risks is the first step towards ensuring your team works safe.

Arc Flash Safety Training Includes:

Principles
Informing your team of electrical safety program principles, controls, procedures, and hazard/risk evaluations is the first step towards electrical safety.
Training
We’ll help you define a qualified person, provide job briefing requirements, and how/when to complete an energized electrical work permit.
Determine Shock Hazards
We’ll help determine shock hazards, flash protection boundaries, and implement the personal protective equipment requirements.
Identify Alerting Techniques
We can help identify alerting techniques when working on energized parts; however, the training will establish lockout/tagout procedures as the preferred means of working on electrical equipment.
